Meet Cecilia

Creativity has always had a place in my classroom.

I’m Cecilia Carolina Morales Delgado. I’ve spent more than three decades helping children learn, supporting families, and teaching future educators.

My own primary school teachers inspired me to become an educator. My work began in classrooms in Venezuela and grew into university teaching, curriculum coordination, and early childhood education in Florida. Respect, empathy, and creative exploration shape the way I teach.

Children learn best when they feel seen.

A welcoming space gives children the confidence to explore. Cecilia’s practice combines clear routines with sensory experiences, art, play, and close communication with families.

Listen to each child and make room for different needs, backgrounds, and ways of learning.
